This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use our services, including through the AgentPik GPT on ChatGPT and our website at agentpik.com.

When you use AgentPik to find real estate agents, you may provide:

  • Location Information: City, state, or ZIP code where you're searching for agents
  • Preferences: Special requirements or agent preferences you share

  • Usage Data: Locations searched, agents viewed, features used
  • Device Information: Browser type, operating system (via standard web logs)
  • Conversation Data: When using our GPT, AI platforms process your conversation; we receive only the structured data you choose to submit

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  1. Connect You with Agents: Share your request with real estate agents you select
  2. Improve Our Service: Analyze usage patterns to enhance agent matching
  3. Communicate with You: Send confirmations and updates about your requests
  4. Prevent Abuse: Detect and prevent fraudulent or abusive activity

Information Sharing

With Real Estate Agents

When you submit a request to connect with agents, we share:

  • Your contact information (email, phone, name)
  • Your transaction details (buy/sell, price, timeline)
  • Your location and property preferences

We only share your information with agents you explicitly select.

With Service Providers

We use third-party services to operate AgentPik:

  • AI Platforms: We may offer AgentPik through various AI assistants including OpenAI (ChatGPT), Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini), and others. When you interact with AgentPik through these platforms, your conversation is processed by that platform's systems subject to their respective privacy policies.
  • Cloud Hosting: Amazon Web Services for data storage and processing
  • Analytics: Aggregated usage statistics (no personal data shared)

Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and safety.

Data Retention

  • Request Data: Retained for 2 years to track agent connections and improve matching
  • Usage Logs: Retained for 1 year for service improvement
  • You may request deletion at any time (see Your Rights below)

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access: Request a copy of your personal data
  • Correction: Update inaccurate information
  • Deletion: Request we delete your data
  • Opt-Out: Unsubscribe from marketing communications

AgentPik is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us for removal.

  • That platform's privacy policy and terms of use apply to your interaction
  • We receive only the structured data you choose to submit (location, contact info, preferences)
  • We do not receive or store your full conversation history

Agents who receive your information are independent professionals, not employees of AgentPik. Once we share your request with an agent:

  • The agent is responsible for their own data handling practices
