When you submit a request, we share with your selected Agents:

We only share your information with agents you explicitly select.

When you register as an Agent, we collect:

  • Bid Information: Commission rates you submit, response times

How We Use Agent Information

  1. Display Your Profile: Show your information to Users searching for agents
  2. License Verification: Verify your credentials with state licensing boards
  3. Match with Leads: Connect you with Users matching your service areas and specialties
  4. Process Payments: Collect referral fees for successful connections
  5. Improve the Platform: Analyze performance data to enhance matching

What Users See

Your public Agent profile may display:

  • Name, photo, and brokerage
  • License status and verification
  • Service areas and specialties
  • Transaction history and statistics
  • Reviews from past clients (if applicable)

  • Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, search queries

Meta Pixel (Facebook)

We use Meta Pixel to:

  • We receive only structured data you choose to submit
  • Each platform's privacy policy applies to your interaction

Data Retention

  • User Request Data: Retained for 2 years
  • Agent Profiles: Retained while account is active, plus 1 year
  • Transaction Records: Retained for 7 years (legal/tax requirements)
  • Usage Logs: Retained for 1 year

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access: Request a copy of your personal data
  • Correction: Update inaccurate information
  • Deletion: Request we delete your data
